Currently, only users with the Project Admin access in ACC Insights can customize the cards and the layout of the cards on the Insight dashboard. The permission level is unnecessarily high considering that majority of the end-users might not have the authority to have Project Admin access, and that customization is highly dependent on what information is relevant for each user. Lowering down the permission level to allow regular end-users to customize the dashboard will allow them to fully utilize the dashboard by modifying the cards present based on what is relevant and what is important for them. Users would like to have the option to select a small part of the floor area on which to perform a free and quick Lighting Analysis, when working with large models. This option will help users make fast lighting analyses during the design process.  Currently, all floor areas assigned to a level, even areas outside the building that are defined with floor objects, are included in the analysis.  When a scope box or section box is applied to the model, only the selected floor area should be included in the lighting analysis. Hi I'm using insights the first time and it has the potential to be an awesome tool... BUT: We are passive house builders and I can't find a way to add custom building assemblies to the optimizing tool, and basically all options have worse u-values than we are using. Also hard to find a fitting HVAC system etc. Basically I want to simulate custom wall assemblies (Without changing my Revit model) - Is that possible? Show More

We are currently limited to a few options of HVAC systems under the Insight Energy Settings within Revit.  We have projects where it would be extremely beneficial to analyze ground source heat pump options (and chilled beams, and hydronic systems).  We currently are only able to select a system that is "close" to the performance and efficiency levels of these systems.   Could we see these in the near future?  Or an option to override HVAC system specs with those that match the above systems.   Show More

Currently, when generating reports for Issue Detail under the Insight Reports, references added by project users to ACC Issues are not listed or displayed in the report. This a problem because the attachment list in BIM360 is a great and helpful feature for the Department Heads or the Document Controller in checking or monitoring Open BIM 360 Issues and the attachments relevant to it being still open. A reference / attachment list added to ACC Issues can help those project users in determining what documents are referenced to help them have an idea or narrowing down how to resolve or close the Issue especially for the "Assigned To" users with multiple Issues given or assigned to them.  Attached below are the screenshots of the Issue Detail report of a particular Issue and the Issue itself with the added references.     Show More
