Hello community,
its been a few days when i would start insight analysis its take a few time and fter that a error message sent to me (see picture) even the simulation analysis could not be achieved, any solution?
thank you'all

Hi @Anonymous,
Sorry that the error message isn't very helpful.
This is a limitation of the DOE-2 analysis simulation engine used by Insight. There is a problem with some of the construction elements in your model. The error message indicates that one of the layers (constructions) is too thick/or too thin, or has a very high, or very low thermal mass. Unfortunately this is a limitation of the energy analysis engine used by Insight (DOE-2). Some combinations of thermal properties lead to numerical instability in DOE2; however there are no definitive guidelines since the limitations are combinatorial relationships between thickness and material density.
You may or may not have added these constructions intentionally, as they are tied to Revit construction elements and materials in some cases. Go to Energy Settings >Advanced >Material Thermal Properties and Disable ‘Detailed Elements’ and Generate Insight again. This will use only the Insight default constructions (refer to , and Material Thermal Properties – Conceptual Types for more information on the Insight constructions).
If you wish to use the custom constructions in your model, review all of your construction elements and look for any with very high or low thermal mass (an example could be very thick layers of steel or concrete or multiple layers of thick insulation; or a single think layer of steel or single layer of gypsum board). Go to this Revit help topic for additional information: Use Detailed Elements for Material Thermal Properties.
