I would like to know how to model a variable depth box girder in Infraworks. I defined a cross section using multicell box girder template, but I dont know how to change de depth along the span.
Simply select down to the girder (first click selects the bridge, 2nd click select the girder group abd 3rd click selects down to the individual girder). Once there, you will see these blue planes at the start and at the end of the girder. You can click to select these and it will change orange. This means that any changes to any of the girder parameters will be applied at that location. Including but not limited to depth. You can also add additional planes (ie slices) using the mini toolbar that pops up when you select a slice, and change any parameter at any other desired location along the girder. These slices can be added, deleted of modified from the spreadsheet workflow as well.
