Essentially, you can create a sub-girder that is a parallel offset of a girder, and that sub-girder can have parameters that then prepend into other components/sub-girders.
This code/tool could also be used to make the splices on a single girder.
Expanding the usage of this setup would provide users with a lot of flexibility to create custom components.
