Road Transparency - Selection Layers

I would love to have the ability to quickly select objects under a road that a has a road transparency style. Just like the selection layers with bridges, I would love to be able to select storm system in a road after the second click while in plan view or top view. I know I can do it orbiting my model to select the objects underneath. I just think it would be nice to select a road twice and I can select a storm pipe down the middle of the road.

This is something we're aware of and know should apply to drainage networks as well as pipelines and pipe connectors.
