The ability to reverse design roads would be great. This would eliminate the need to delete and remodel from the opposite direction when you create a storyboard using a design road and realize it's going the wrong way.
I'm no so much concerned abou the numbering of the stations as I am having the ability to swap the start/end points when creating a video on the storyboard using a design road. I don't think you'd necessarily want to reverse the numbering of the stations. So I guess the answer to your question would be, no.
