Some time i want import an alignment from civil3d to IW to fully control the aglinment geometry and it profile. Normally not every part of the alignment represent a road but just some parts of them. This is where null component become very usefull for me. It just the way the "null" affect it's local area is seem not satisfy at all as i mention above
