One of the first challenges to using Infraworks as a new user is figuring out the navigation operations with mouse and keyboard as they differ from the standard approach with Civil 3D (zoom and pan with the mouse wheel) and most other computer programs.
My suggestion would be to make the navigation controls more intuitive to native CAD and computer game users. The same goes for the keyboard commands, why not use the WASD system? W/S should = forward and back not look up/down A/D should control strafing left and right as it currently does. The computer industry has been using this system since the 1980's, why do we have to reinvent the (mouse) wheel for Infraworks?
At least give us the option to customize the setup.
