Larger Home Scroll Bar

It would be incredibly nice if the model scroll bar on the Home would not be so thin. Sometimes it is difficult to select the scroll bar on small screens such as a laptops. Second, why does it have to disappear when you are not hoovering over the models? Just leave it on. Lets make the scroll bar thicker so it's easier to select and scroll.

I think it is based on UX design but made some recent changes to keep the scroll bar visible to ease the user process. If there still an issue, we can work with the designer to check it out.
