Wir können Infraworks nicht über die Desktop App updaten (bspw. 2020.0 auf 2020.2). Während des Updateprozesses wird eine Internetverbindung benötigt. Entsprechen einer Microsoft Richtlinie, wird bei uns standardmäßig die Internetverbindung blockiert, um Schadsoftware kein zusätzliches Einfallstor zu liefern.
Andere Updates von Autodesk fordern keine Internetverbindung.
Entsprechend eines Autodesk Supportes verbleibt uns als Lösung nur eine Deinstallation und Neuinstallation. Dieses ist meiner Meinung nach, ein zu großer Aufwand und kann nicht zielführend sein.
We cannot update Infraworks via the Desktop App (e.g. 2020.0 to 2020.2). An internet connection is required during the update process. According to a Microsoft policy, we block the internet connection by default to prevent malware from entering the system.
