Google Earth Photorealistic 3D Tiles data source

Leveraging the experimental Google Earth API for Photorealistic 3D Tiles, context models could be linked as an external data source to reference, visualize and refine Infraworks projects.

See the Google Earth Blog for more information on this service (posting from may 10th, 2023):

Using Blender and the Blosm plugin, I have created site context models that can be saved as FBX files and imported into InfraWorks. I've found that the Google aerial imagery and models do not look very good from a low perspective, so I usually try to recreate the terrain and roads to cover this up.

I'm voting for this, mostly because the facade styles and OpenStreetMaps buildings are even worse. I'm pretty sure I'll be using the Environment plugin for Revit to do the vast majority of my site modeling moving forward. It actually makes site modeling with Revit fun and easy.
