This forum for proposing and voting on ideas helps guide product development decisions, and to ensure there is room for people to review new ideas and that the most relevant and meaningful ones can gain votes, we occasionally merge ideas or archive old ones to keep the forum in good working order. 

This idea is being marked "Implemented" for a couple of reasons. The Corridor Optimization service might address things like setting buffers or understanding hard and soft costs; teams are presently working on some road alignment modeling capabilities that could address "arc draw." If there's an aspect of your idea that I've misunderstood, please reach out to me. We can reinstate this idea or create a new one that can be reviewed and voted on.
