Country Kit is really a content pack?

Thank you for recently releasing the Country kits for Austria, Germany, Norway, Sweden, France, and the UK(English). They look great. I was excited to see this content made available to customers.

I read the InfraWorks Help file and it appears that the country kits are really content packs. Are there any plans to expand this and future content to include design standards as well? This would avoid any confusion as a Country Kit supplied with Civil 3D has design standards and content provided.

Extract: Each country kit contains content packs for InfraWorks specific to that geopolitical region. Content such as 3D models, textures, materials, parametric components, and other styles are included in a country kit.

Hi

When I go to my Autodesk account it says no updates (for anything). I was looking for the Infraworks UK Country Pack but have nothing available. Is there definitely one available and how would I get it please? Also my account has Infraworks there but has a button to 'Access Now' and takes me to the full software download link and price. I already have Infraworks installed as well as AutoCAD 2019, Civil3D 2019. I don't see the same information as the video tutorial shows you. Is this because its a company account (Stantec) and all that information is available to somebody in our IT department?
