As both FormIt and Infraworks are marketed on the strength of their conceptual design functionality, I would like to see better interoperability between the file formats allowing each to import/export or link natively while conserving the relative coordinate systems.
Formit is well suited to the urban planning and architectural requirements of studying gross building areas as well as volumetric and material intentions.
This conceptual design plateform would then transition to Revit, 3dsMax and Civil3d to do the heavy lifting of the design development phases.
