Autodesk to take ideas on the forums seriously

I would like for Autodesk to take the ideas on there own forums, ideas that they are asking for, seriously. Currently, it seems like Autodesk is ignoring or doesn't care about the ideas on these forums as 16 of the top 20 ideas are still gathering support. Vote this idea up and perhaps Autodesk will hear us.

Brian,

We totally understand your point. We do take all the inputs from Idea stations, Forums, and face-to-face meetings very seriously and discuss with our teams, it is just putting into priority was the challenge. We admit there has been a lag between accepting the ideas and implementing due to different reasons. We are determined to communicate and resolve on these ideas actively from this year. We will keep everyone posted, and as always, don’t hesitate to reach out to me moving forward.

Thanks for your feedback and for bringing this point.

15 of the top 20 are still gathering support. How much support do they need?

I would like for Autodesk to take the ideas on there own forums when you convert the road to component road lots of modification stop working in properties of the road like edit the elevation of the road and add vertex... and it's make big problem for me when i start analyse the road and it show that i have field of view but i can't edit elevation for example

To be fair, it looks like Autodesk is at least finally looking at the ideas station. Thank you! Of the first page of the top voted ideas, not a single one is "Gathering Support" any more!

To say that I find this Idea Forum cumbersome would be a vast understatement.  I agree with Brian, the company does not seriously want feedback.  They are also getting sloppy with the new product.   Here is the feedback I am trying to get through to them.

This is to inform Autodesk that I will no longer be using Revit 2022 because it has too many bugs.  Here is the ones I have encountered so far.

When it upgrades it moves detail lines slightly - all or nearly all of them.

wendymichener_2-1640791768033.pngThe flex tube component is no longer adjustable or useable

wendymichener_3-1640791768033.pngIt randomly decides to that ceilings will no longer support light fixtures.

It randomly decides that text boxes will be transparent when I do not want them to be transparent.

wendymichener_5-1640791768033.pngIt is enough.

I love Revit.  I will return to an older version.

@wendymichener, We have been working on customer satisfaction, taking customer ideas, involving customers in prioritization using public roadmaps, and more to ensure your feedbacks are heard. Since your comment is more on Revit products, it would be more useful if you can post it on the Revit forum (instead of the InfraWorks forum) to get the visibility of proper folks from Revit.

Perhaps you want to move my comment? I thought that I did put it into the
Revit folder. Perhaps wayfinding in your forum system needs attention? I
am not impressed with the feedback system.

Thank you for noticing my comment.
