Alignment of objects relative to other objects

I think, we need a tool parallel alignment of objects relative to other objects. This will more accurately place the buildings and roads. When working in InfraWorks without using Autocad Civil3D lacking positioning accuracy. For example it is impossible to accurately make the the road at a distance of 5 meters (or feet) from the building perimeter.

Also, an option for orthographic view, rather than perspective would help
