It would be nice if when we add a lane we could chose what side the lane is added to. Right now if you make a 2 lanes to 3 lanes the 3rd lane is always added on the right /outside of the road. There are cases when you would want to add the lane to the left/inside lane.
Not sure if this should be under another topic of not but here it is.
When adding a on/off ramp on the left/inside lane we do not get a on/off ramp but in intersection. There are cases where you need on/off ramps on the left/inside lane.
An example of this is if you had a highway with 3 lanes forward and 3 lanes backward an you need an off ramp for the 3 lanes forward to exit on the left/inside lane. This exit would then split to go up or down to allow traffic to cross the oncoming lanes with a bridge.
