Add Custom Style Palette to load default

Allow a custom style palette to load in a project by default instead of having to load the palette and import it every time.

I have a bunch of city furniture and seamless pattern materials that need always to be imported. I exported the catalog, but when imported I still need to connect the materials with the texture file. The import doesnt help much.
