I find myself using terrain overlays quite often for things like showing preliminary layouts for a site, parking lot striping and intersection pavement markings. I always end up going back into the DWG where the terrain overlay originates from and make adjustments to fit my Infraworks model. The process includes detaching the current terrain overlay, then reattaching the file (going thru the whole 3 point reference tie process). It would be helpful if it were possible to just refresh the terrain overlay as it sits to avoid the repeated process of aligning and scaling with the 3 point reference.
