Writing a script to assign custom assembly to specific roads being imported from IMX

Hi,

The roads are being imported from an IMX file as shown.

Every time a change is made to the geometry, I re-import the IMX file into IW and again assign custom assembly to each road.

Is there a way to do this using running a script that assigns specific assembly to corresponding road type and import with better efficiency?

@sachin.m20, Once you have script to get the table and records, you should be able to assign styles like this.

write.RULE_STYLE = "Street/Street w_Sidewalk";
write.MATERIAL_GROUP = "MaterialGroup/Boulevard";
