I got some problems with the model opening issue for some models.
Autodesk Infraworks cannot open the database since some of the support files are corrupted.
Please contact technical support.
Please help me with the issue if possible.

Thanks for your advice, I just fix back the model and can open it again.
The solution,....... when we upgrade the model or copy the existing model some model will occur this problem.
some time we rename the model also will happen that problem.
I just found the " lock file " in the model package folder, then I just delete the lock file from this folder
Such as index.lock, head.lock, _undojournal_master.lock
Just delete them and open back again, successfully getting back the model.
It's my fixed solution.
