Tunnel Export to Spreadsheet - Not Working

Hi All,

I'm currently trying to export a tunnel with a custom Inventor profile to spreadsheet so I can add different dimensions at various cross sections. However, when I export the custom dimensions cannot be seen anywhere. My colleague can export fine with same custom file different InfraWorks model, though I cannot for whatever reason. Is there any reason for this? Am I missing a setting somewhere?

Apparently there was a software update I was unaware of, but since this update, it has worked.
