Transparent 3D text

Hi!

I have made 3D text as fbx. How can I make it transparent? I would like it to be transparent in the video.

@ragnheidur.karadottir, you need to attach the (transparent) material before you export to FBX. AIW360 cannot attach a material to 3D objects.

Ok. And can you tell me  how I do that in AutoCad Civil3D?

@ragnheidur.karadottir, sure, you can simply type the MATERIALS command and that will bring up the Materials Browser with the Autodesk Material Library holding around 1200 materials for you to check out and attach simply by selecting your objects and choose ASSIGN to SELECTION (right mouse button on the material). You can also use an ASSIGN by LAYER if needed.
