Hello,

I am working on Traffic simulation in infraworks, After selecting the Traffic Study Area model is not showing the Simulation.

Image is attached for ready reference.

Kindly do needful

I noticed that there are not any cyan colored markers on the road / traffic study area boundary intersections meaning that a simualtion cannot be done (the markers indicate control points from which traffic emanates from or to). Try using a larger traffic study area. Check the geometry of the roads to make sure that the branches are connected.

I am using version 20.0 25.0 which is older than the current but it is OK.

Thanks for quick reply,

But the Cyan colour mark is present in traffic study area file is attached for reference.

I have tried for larger area also but seems to be same output i.e run simulation is not visible .

Kindly give me the suggestioncyan colored markers on the road.pnglarge area.png

I am using 2018 version , the image what u had sent  same sentence is showing 2018 version also.

File is attached for your ready reference.

Kindly suggest me in which infrworks version Traffic simulation will work.

Please do needful

Hi @Anonymous ,

 

Traffic Simualtion has change a bit since version 2018.
It moved to Bim360 docs and lately it does not cost cloud credits anymore as the processing is done locally now.

I suggest to upgrade to at least InfraWorks 2020.0, however in general it's better to upgrade to the latest version (actually 2020.2) always.
