The linked files and custom features will not be imported into Infraworks

Can anyone elaborate on what the following warning message means when we try to import an Revit file into Infraworks 360?

"The linked files and custom features will not be imported into Infraworks"

After processing the REvit model does show up in the Data Sources panel but when we try Configure the file it does not show up anywhere in the model.

(either by Interactive Placing , or preset coordinates)

The log file shows a collection of warnings  eg. "Effect parameter does not exist: gTexture6" and "Effect parameter does not exist: gSampler6"

If I convert the file to FBX it comes in fine.

When you import the RVT file try to change these options, in some cases we need  changing the insertion point reference to  Center 2D  ou Center 3D.
