Hi,

when opening the "Roads Tutorial" I can see this (screenshot), therefor part "Ground Imagery & Coverages" is not empty / does show names, at least not within this project:

Maybe this depends only on a specific project?

However, I have other issues in AIW 2027 like data from model builder can't be opened (local data) with the first click, I have to select the project (after generated by Model Builder) multiple times before I can open the model without error messages. Seems like 2027 needs a service pack because of multipe reasons.

Hi @John_de_Leeuw-NTI , @Alfred.NESWADBA ,

I can recreate issues with the surface layers. Not exactly the same as you showed, but also empty and/or duplicate layers.
I can't recreate any issue with opening new Model Builder models. Can you find any error in the log file (%AppData%\Autodesk\Autodesk InfraWorks\logs%AppData%\Autodesk\Autodesk InfraWorks\logs)?

I will create a support ticket for the layer issue and continue testing both issues on other PCs.

Regards,
Karsten.

Hi @Karsten.Saenger I will look into the logfiles later today. I do use custom feature categories quite a lot. Maybee you can test that aswell. So put imported Surface Layers on your custom catagories and see if any problems with the names happens. I did not yet try to create a fully new model with custom categories but will also try that.

Hi @John_de_Leeuw-NTI ,

our developers have confimed an issue with the surface layers in InfraWorks 2027. They are in the process of fixing it.
Unfortunately, I don't have a target date for the fix yet.

Regards,
Karsten.

I have the same problem with coverage areas on multiple projects.
