I am an infraworks 2020 user, I use an educational license that is currently valid.
I had a problem with my computer and needed to format it since then, I can't validate infraworks anymore.
the program opens the activation window, but I get the message "we are having problems, try later." and I've been trying to validate for 60 days without success.
I try to contact autodesk, but I can't, the chat is always offline.
someone experiencing the same problem and got a solution?

if so these will not work with a student license & you will have to stay on 2020.0 for the time being
