New terrain layers

Hello guys I need some help. 

I have watched this video on youtube Infraworks 2019.3 | What's New: Terrain which creates a new terrain layer so easy.

But now I am in Infraworks 2024 I can not do the same.

Can anyone help me out with this ?

If not I really need to find the Infraworks 2019

Can you tell me a bit more about what's going wrong? If you have a screenshot or picture of the problem, that would be great.

I'm on version 2024 too, and I haven't had any problems creating new layers.
