Model Builder not showing in Infraworks

I recently installed the latest version of Infraworks and all of my past models are showing up but I can't create anything new. 

I have a license to Infraworks through my company and we checked to confirm my account is associated with the correct licenses.

I've attached screenshots from my Autodesk account and what Infraworks looks like when I open it now.

Hi @Anonymous ,

the screenshot shows an InfraWorks in Viewer mode. This mode is used if no license can be found for your Autodesk account.

Can you double check if the InfraWorks license is assigned to your account correctly.

Are you using a proxy server? It can also be that the proxy server or a Firewall/Antivirus program blocks the access to the license server.

When InfraWorks starts, do you see a AdSSO.exe in your Task Manager (user tab)?

Can you provide the InfraWorks log files from C:\Users\<<USER>>\AppData\Roaming\Autodesk\Autodesk InfraWorks\logs ?
