Missing "infrastructure parts shape utilities" in Autodesk Inventor 2019

Hello, 

I am using Infraworks 2019. I have problems exporting components from Autodesk Inventor 2019 to Infraworks. This is because my Inventor does not have have an "infrastructure parts shape utilities" palate. It will be great if someone could help me out.

The Infrastructure Part Shape Utilities toolbar is made available in Inventor 2019 by installing the Inventor Infrastructure Modeler Plugin 2019. If you have Inventor 2019 and either InfraWorks 2019 or Civil 3D 2019 installed then you should see this plugin listed in My Updates with the Autodesk Desktop App.  Otherwise it should also appear in your account at manage.autodesk.com.  Although I am not currently seeing it there, so I'll have to check out why.  The 2020 version is showing, but I would not suggest using that if you are going to use the parts in InfraWorks 2019 or Civil 3D 2019 as they are not backwards compatible (they are forward compatible though).

The 2019 versions are now showing on the manage.autodesk.com page.  The latest version of each are:

• Infrastructure Parts Editor 2019.2 Update
• Inventor Infrastructure Modeler Plugin 2019.3 Update
