Map missing on navisworks import

I'm importing an FBX from infraworks into Navisworks but the map is missing.

Is there any way to ensure this remains intact or has anyone else encountered this?

Seems as though parts of the mesh become invisible. Image attached.

this sounds like an issue with the FBX file that was created.
Have you tried to export to FBX from InfraWorks again and does it show the same results in Navisworks?
I also suggest testing with smaller model sizes.

is it possible to share the InfraWorks model?

Let me know if you need a OneDrive folder to upload a zip file of the model.sqlite file and the model.files folder.

it looks as if a terrain overlay is covering the aerial image.
At the moment, I can't say why nothing is displayed for the terrain overlay. But if you remove it, the FBX export is fine and Navsiworks model shows everything.
