Line Girder Analysis Not Working

I am trying to complete a line girder analysis, and when a hit the "Start analysis" button, an error pops up saying "failed to start a job." The bridge uses concrete girders, and I attached a screenshot of the error message. Any help would be appreciated.

I believe this may be due to the following:

Please note that with the release of InfraWorks (2020.2), Line Girder Analysis will no longer be available in older versions of InfraWorks.

Are you able to upgrade?

I've been trying to upgrade but have not found out how to do so. Do you know how I can upgrade the software? I downloaded it for free through my student email if this makes any difference. Thanks

Hi,

Are you using a student license? Unfortunately, 2020.0 is the latest version for students. 2020.1 & 2020.2 don’t work under a student license. Sorry for the inconvenience.
