Infraworks does not want to Sync with BIM360

Hi all

 

my company have recently done our yearly software upgrades to 2024 versions of autodesk software. i went into the autodesk docs folder in infraworks and opened / downloaded my project model as i always do. after i have made changes i hit the sync button, and nothing happens. has anyone experience sync issues. i have the latest updates installed.

Hi @dominique.vdwesthuizen ,
Try to use the model cleanup tool and try to sync again, if that doesn't work clone the model with a different name and try to sync.

Hi @dominique.vdwesthuizen ,

 

can you share the latest InfraWorks log files from path %AppData%\Roaming\Autodesk\Autodesk InfraWorks\logs?

 

The issue you are describing happens very often, if the local cache folder for cloud models is pointing to OneDrive.

The solution in this case is to select a local drive folder as the cache location in the application options.

If a model has some corruption already, the Model Cleanup Tool can reapair it, as @tmachado mentioned.
