Infraworks 2022 freeze during create building!

@onarchi I tried it on my side and was able to create it without any problem. I am not sure what's going on. Were you able to create any other feature and only buildings giving you trouble? Not sure if anything else running in the background, to make sure were you able to reboot and try, even though this should not be the case.

When I try to create building

after about 1 minute appear select draw style 

and then i can draw line

but the building is creaded very slowly

Hi @onarchi ,

it would e interesting to see the full log file from path %appdata%\Autodesk\Autodesk InfraWorks\logs.

There seem to be some errors that relate to missing styles. Maybe that causes a performance issue.

It could also be related to a general database issue on your computer or graphics settings or hardware.

I solved the problem.

The problem was a program called Microsoft PowerToys.

When I uninstall this program, it works normally.

Oculus rift also interferes with normal operation.

It works well when I remove the USB for oculus rift.

Please let me know if there is a way to not run oculus rift when running infraworks.

Hi @onarchi ,

unfortunately, no current Oculus device and driver are supported for InfraWorks.
The last supported device got unsupported by Oculus back in 2018.

Hi Onarchi

I have the same problem and haven't got powertoys. there should be a different solution. Why did you think powertoys is the cause. Maybe it helps me to find a solution for myself.

Mine is Grammarly, when I stop grammarly , IW works properly.

I would suggest anyone facing the same issue try closing softwares one by one until they find a solution.
