Infrawork delight cut & fill slope issue

can any one help me how to use or create any road in infarowks with delight slope benches as I know default Infraworks have grading with slop only I want this in benches like in civil 3d

There is currently no option to do benching. You can do it in Civil 3D, then import into InfraWorks.
