Importing a Civil 3D model in InfraWorks

Is there a possibility to import a Civil 3D drawing (see screenshot) in InfraWorks?  I haven't found the correct solution yet. What is the right way to model (roads, parkings, stream,... ) using the lines and cogo-points of the Civil 3D drawing?

Hello @mats_bervoets ,

to import a Civil 3D DWG into InfraWorks, the drawing must contain Civil objects, such as corridors, surfaces, alignments, etc.

Please take a look at the help content to get more information:

Karsten.

Once the Civil 3D objects are export such as a surface, you can export closed polygons as Shape (shp) file for Coverage Areas. This will add materials on the areas such as sidewalks, pavement area, grass areas, and so on.
