Imagery Missing from proposal

I have a model that has 3 proposals in it and the aerial has gone missing from the proposal I need of course.  Has anyone ran into this?  What are the fixes for this?

I'm running Infraworks 2018.1 Version 18.1.36.0

I do not know why the imagery disappeared but you can get Bing Map imagery this way:
