HELLO I CAN NOT SIGN IN TO INFRAWORKS 360 , BUT I WAS WORKING ON MODEL FROM MANY

HELLO,

yesterday I CAN NOT SIGN IN TO INFRAWORKS 360 , BUT I WAS WORKING ON MODEL FROM MANY DAYS ago

i try to download a being civil to solve the problem but i could not 

please help me to restore my model

thank you a lot 

i love autodesk very much

Hi @Anonymous,

 

can you say what version of InfraWorks your using?

If it happens to be 2016.1 or older please upgrade at least to version 2016.2 - better to the latest 2017.1.

With versions 2016.1 and older there exist some issues logging in after a server upgrade.

i use internet download manager , it could not download that

Copy this link http://efulfillment.autodesk.com/NET17SWDLD/2017/IW360P/DLM/Autodesk_InfraWorks_2017_Win_64bit_DLM.sfx.exe?authparam=1473752303_340947cab11d9d025dfb4dc7c5c63494&ext=.exe

and paste it to the browser adress field. The download shouls start.

If not, please double check your firewall settings and/or proxy server settings.

Does this mean you are using a Proxy Server?

If yes - check following article and make sure you have set up the proxy as described.

I just found that the link is wrong while the actual displayed text is correct.
Text points to 2017 version, link points to 2015 version.

I have corrected this, please try again with http://efulfillment.autodesk.com/NET17SWDLD/2017/IW360P/DLM/Autodesk_InfraWorks_2017_Win_64bit_DLM.sfx.exe?authparam=1473752303_340947cab11d9d025dfb4dc7c5c63494&ext=.exe

If that does not work I will put the installer on a cloud drive for you.

Hi @Anonymous

 

good to hear that the download from A360 finally worked for you.

InfraWorks 2017 will use the same folder structure as InfraWorks 2016. Therefore you will need to uninstall 2016 first.

Don't worry for your existing projects. Once you have installed the new version and open a model you will be asked to upgrade the model. You have the option to upgrade a copy, which I recommend. This way you have a copy of your project in the old version.

 

In any case an upgrade ot the model is needed to continue working in InfraWorks 2017.
