Export IMX in Civil 3D: Empty files\Not Responding

Utilized Point Cloud Terrain to Create a surface within InfraWorks; Classifcation Looks good. "Not Responding" message when trying to import within Civil 3D using:

1. InfraWorks->Open Model

2. InfaWorks->Import IMX

I attempted creating an IMX using entire model; file size: 296kb.  Seems empty.  I tried Exporting a smaller area using a Polygon to define, and it worked; file size: 25mb.  I tried breaking up into smaller portions, but keep running into "empty" IMX issues.

Solutions\Workarounds?  This is happening in more than one model.

Hi @Eric_L_Vallejo ,

is it possible to share the point cloud?
I can share a OneDrive folder with you fro the upload.

Without taking a look at the data and testing myself it's hard to say what's going wrong. Maybe something with the coordinate system as you said it's working with a smaller portion of the area?

Regards,

Karsten.

@Eric_L_Vallejo Are you running this on IW 2022 or older version? Do you see the terrain properly in IW.
