Errors and not saving.

Hello, I am new to Infraworks. I have one Infraworks model set up as a test and I am able to attach a Revit model to it. but it does not save, even if I sync. Every time I open that Infraworks file I have to re-attach my Revit file. 

I also have a second file, this one is for a project, the Revit file has something in it but nothing shows up in Infraworks, and when I close the configure dialog box I get the error message " bounding box of data source is invalid or data source is empty". The 3d view is being published and nothing is in one drive. only Collaborate Pro.

Does anyone have any ideas?

Infraworks 2023 and Revit 2023 and collaborate pro.

could you send some screenshots of your issue?

Also, the InfraWorks log files can help to understand what's going on, they can be found at %AppData%\Roaming\Autodesk\Autodesk InfraWorks\logs.

The first issue sounds as if the changes in the model cannot be saved to the model database. So they are reverted once you reopen the model.

The second issue could be a wrong location of the Revit model or a wrong units settings. Try with coordinate system XY-Feet and then use "interactive placement", then "apply and update".

Does the Revit model appear in the InfraWorks model.

I will get some screenshots.

I did it with xy feet and interactive displacement. Nothing appears. 

I made two Infraworks files, one was just a test file to learn how this works, and the other was for a project. I attached a test revit file to the test infraworks file and that worked but it did not save. There is also no save button. The other infraworks file is for my project, and I am trying to attach my Revit project to it, the file does appear but there is nothing there. All of this is in AutoDesk Docs. They are both set up the same. What I did try, I brought my Revit project into my test Infraworks file, and the building appeared but not in the IFW I have for the project.
