I'm not sure if I read the log files correctly, but it looks as the IMX creation and loading into InfraWorks fails.
When you import a Civil 3D DWG into InfraWorks, the DWG is converted to IMX in the background. Can you save the DWG and close Civil 3D before importing the DWG into InfraWorks? Does this work?
If not, does it work if you export the DWG to IMX manually in Civil 3D. Then import the IMX file into InfraWorks, just to test if there are errors or not.
