Enable to open model

Hi,

With InfraWorks 2023 (23.1.0.18)

I try to open different model (from different types : shared on ACC, a sample or from Model Builder).

InfraWorks return the message : "enable to open model".

I try to change the local path for A360 and Cache folder to another pathfolder : C/DATA/InfraWorksModels/A360 & Cache.

It doesn't change the problem.

Please find attach the log file.

Hi @jean-christophe_ouaknine ,

did you install InfraWorks 2023 just recently?

There are two possible reasons for your issue:

  1. The model path is pointing to a cloud drive (i.e. OneDrive) or server
  2. The previous InfraWorks was incorrectly uninstalled.

It looks like your models are located in a local drive. So, I suggest a clean uninstallation and reinstallation of InfraWorks.

Karsten.

Hi @jean-christophe_ouaknine ,

unfortunately, I don't have an idea what the issue is on this specific computer.

I suggest creating a support ticket for the Autodesk Installation Support. -> https://www.autodesk.de/support/contact-support

Regards,

Karsten.
