I’ve been trying to create custom content in Autodesk Inventor for Infraworks, namely, bridge parametric components. Infraworks documentation defines some mandatory parameters for each kind of component. For instance, a custom Deck requires two mandatory parameters (LeftWidth and RightWidth). I recently found that there are other built in parameters that you can specify in your custom parts and that they can be passed through different component types. As an example, for a custom girder, you can use a built in parameter (MatchGirderTopSlopesToDeckSlopes) that, as the name states, can apply deck slopes to the girders (very useful). Does anyone have a list of all built in parameters and their relationships between different component types.
I couldn’t find any information in Infraworks documentation and I really think this should not came as trial and error or guesswork…
