Bing Maps Problem

I'am new in this software and I have some problems with raster. Bing Maps section is not displayed in "Connection Type". Image attached

what coordinate system (CS) is defined for your surface?
What CS is defined as database CS (- see Model Properties)?

Close look to your screenshot revealed that you are working with InfraWorks 2015, correct?

Please upgrade to the latest version of InfraWorks and you issues should be solved.
