My infraworks software installed on laptop is not working and giving me the option of try again when i try to sign in. picture is attached below

Hi @danish15ce71 ,

 

the error happens during startup of InfraWorks when the program  is trying to get a connection to the Autodesk License Server.

Could you please check if you have a proxy server installed or an Anti-Virus or Firewall program is blocking the connections?

By the way, what version of InfraWorks didyou install? It looks like an older version. Please install the latest version 2020.1 to be sure that you are up to date.
