Drag Action on Timeline

I'd love to be able to reorder some of my actions.  I commonly find myself wishing that some operation I performed had been at a different location in my timeline, and I just want to drag it backwards a couple steps.  Instead, I delete the operation, go back in my timeline, and do the same thing at a different point in time.

If I recall, you can reorder most stuffs but it depends on its associativity with other things in your timeline cause it'll 'break' or 'change' the other features

Thanks for the comment.  I tested what you said, and you're right, some items I can move around.  Others I Can't.  Maybe I should change this idea to: "Alert user if/why action can't be moved" because I get zero feedback when something doesn't move.

it depends on what it started from and where, say you have 4 drawing`s then a body then you did a drawing on that body it can`t be moved past that body as that is where it started, but you can redefine the sketchs to a plane you add back in the time line, it does not work all the time it depends on the dependice`s 

so a feed back would be good as why you can`t do it

Yes, I see what you mean.  If I make a sketch, then make a model of that sketch with extrude, I can't move extrude before the sketch.  I have to move them both- they are tied together.  But it's not always easy to see what's tied to what.  I'm imagining being able to chose to move an action, and then all the actions it depends on- or are dependent upon it highlight in the timeline.  Then you have the option of consolidating or selecting all to move them.
