Automatic projection of axis when adding dimensions or constraints.

I made the mistake of putting more than one idea in an old request HERE 2 of the ideas have been accepted as Future Consideration but not this one so I'm submitting again.

Automatic projection of Axis\Plane when adding dimensions or constrains. Or just allow dimensions from Axis\Plane without any projection.

Allowing direct access to reference geometry (axes, planes, etc.) would be far better than automatic projection.
