I probably should have allowed some offset or something in one of the toolpaths. Everything turned out nice, except the top edge of this. What strategy would anyone suggest for finishing the top edge?

Blend which is in BETA would be a good fit for this.
Otherwise I would do the top with a scallop or morph I think.
