Referenced segment () not found ERROR

I just downloaded HSM and installed the ultimate trial and now I get this error, it has seem to have corrupted my files! I need immediate help! I have tried uninstalling the HSM software and then reinstalling, and now i cannot save the document because of this error. @Anonymous are you around? How do i fix this?!

I dont know why this worked but I changed something in the model, saved, then changed back and resaved and this resolved the error!
