Problem with setup HSMxpress

Good day. I have a problem with setup free version HSMxpress. I tried a couple time to setup soft but nothing good happened. Can you help me.
After finishing installation. Program do not  work.

What did you do,
does it not work, or does it not open?

It's not open and don't work. Now try uninstall and try again.
